Crane's Park

''The idea of a wheatfield is quite simple. One penetrates the soil, places one's seed of concept and allows it to grow, expand and bear fruit... It's all so simple yet we tend to forget basic processes.''

Agnes Denes, Wheatfield - A Confrontation

My first project of year 2 kicked off with an imaginative theme. Crane's Park was the canvas we would use to encompass a design concept. Working in groups, an object was given to each team to inspire the design. We were given a diaper. This diaper was the basis of the design orientation to create a landscape that celebrates, protects, creates, hides, multiples, grows, destroys, or contains our given object.
